Soup (Lentil or Carrot Soup): Starting your Iftar meal with soup
warms the stomach and helps in preventing any stomach discomfort.
–    Lentil Soup: rich in proteins and iron.

(Olive oil, chopped onion, lentils, salt, chopped celery, chicken stock)
–    Carrot soup: rich in vitamins.
(Carrots, garlic, potato, onion, celery, olive oil, parsley)

Hummus: rich in iron, folate, phosphorus, and B vitamins.
(A dip of pureed cooked chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil)

Fried Kibbeh: You simply cannot not love our tasty Kibbeh!
(Beef & burgul dumpling, stuffed with ground beef & lamb, onion, pine nuts)
